Our drivers are available to pump and clean out your septic system for either routine clean outs or for the township inspection ordinance!
Each township is different, but if they have an ordinance, they require an inspection to be done. Our drivers are professionals who will clean all the septic tanks, holding tanks, pump tank/syphon tank on your property. While pumping the tank(s), they will inspect the condition of the tank(s), baffles, and pumps. Some things they will be looking for are the condition of the tank walls like cracks or rebar showing, run back from the drain field, missing baffles, etc. If there is a pump tank they will check that the pump is running properly. If there is any malfunction noticed, they will note this on your door hanger and on your invoices.
Township reports are completed by our drivers then brought back to the office to be sent to the township for YOU! Most townships ordinance require pumping every 3 or 4 years.
Please note that every township is different and while scheduling we will inform you of how the township report will be submitted. Either by our office or by the owner. Some townships even have a fee, but rest assured we will explain the process while scheduling your appointment.
This inspection is for township use only, this will not be used for an inspection for real estate purposes, new construction to the property, or inspections required by the sewage enforcement officer. (Please check our inspection page for more details)

Our technicians have questions before your service is scheduled!
Do you know the location of your septic tank(s)?
Are the lids brought to surface?
For the best cleaning and inspection of your tank(s) we like to ensure there is a large manhole to surface. This would be either a large concrete or plastic lid. Usually 24” to 30” in diameter.
Do you know the size capacity of the tank(s)?
Every design of a septic system is different and the tank size is important for our team to schedule our drivers accordingly.
If you are unsure, that is OKAY!
Our drivers are well knowledged to be able to assist and locate the system.
A pipeline TV camera is a video camera that allows a technician to see if there are any problems in your existing lines. We will be able to check for cracks, leaks and pipes that need to be replaced. The camera will be able to spot grease buildup, leaks, and obstructions in the line. While in use we can take a picture or record a video while looking into the lines. This information is then taken back to our office for further review to give the best answer for what repair needs to be completed.
The flushable transmitter is available if we are unable to locate your septic tank(s) by probing the yard. We simply flush a transmitter down the toilet and our technician will follow the transmitter with a locator wand device.
A high pressure jetter is used to clear a clog that is not reachable by a sewer snake. This is typically used when a clog is further down the pipe, or a buildup of debris is stuck in the line. A jetter is a specialized high-pressure hose that can open and unclog most lines.
Our technicians recommend cleaning your septic filter every few months. A septic tank filter protects the system by filtering effluent as it leaves the septic tank, preventing solids from leaving and clogging the absorption field.
Keep the lines in your drain field flowing. We can vacuum and flush out the lines in your drain field to keep the holes open in the lines for easy flow.
A 100 foot long line machine that will scour the inner walls of the pipe. Used to clear obstructions caused from grease and build ups on the walls of the pipe.
Baffles are a component installed within a septic tank that help to separate and direct the flow of liquids and solids.
When repairing a baffle our technician will enter the tank using confined space entry procedures to repair or replace a baffle. Occasionally the tank will need to be dug open to make these repairs.
Tired of digging open the tank lid?
A riser is a large diameter plastic pipe that will be placed flush to the ground level and give access to the tank. A lid will be placed on top of the riser. It makes it easier for our technicians to access the tank for pumping, maintenance, and inspections.
Our shop has an inventory of plastic or concrete lids available for purchase.
If you see a cracked or broken lid, we highly recommend replacing it as soon as possible, as this is a hazard to children or animals. They are available for purchase at our shop or can be delivered to a residence for a small delivery fee.
With age some tanks start to decay on the inner walls. With confined space entry we can enter the tank to determine if the tank can be repaired or needs to be replaced.
Did you run over your cap with a lawn mower? Our technician can come to your property to assess the damage to the lateral line and make the necessary repairs and replace the cap.

Holding Tanks are for those homes that do not have the space for a drain field. These tanks will fill up with all waste water that leaves the home and sound an alarm once full. The alarm float should be placed at a lower level in the tank to give room for more gallons until a truck is available to pump. We offer holding tank pump outs. We have many clients that call us as soon as the alarm sounds and we will have a truck to your property in 1 to 3 business days.
